2019
The foundation’s first project was on January 23rd, 2019, when donations and visitation were made to an orphanage home in Ibadan City, Nigeria. The orphans were between 0–18-month-old.
April 2019, Another visitation was made to an orphanage that takes care of special needs orphans in Ibadan with two volunteers. Donations were given by the public.

2020
Cedar et Gazelle Foundation started assisting orphans in Uganda where we sponsor over 200 children,(orphans, abandoned children due to high levels of poverty, and abandoned children that were raised by poor mentally unstable single parents).
We sponsored them financially, and educationally, and provided feeding and shelter

2022
January 23, 2022, the foundation was launched in the United States. The foundation got tax-exempt by the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service Tax Exempt and Government Entities.
The foundation was registered in Uganda as an international organization and also rented its first building in Uganda. The Uganda 2022 project started with the team and volunteers preparing to visit the Foundation home December 2022.
